The hotel had a good location, with several restaurants and the city center nearby. However, it wasn't worth the price. The room was dirty, with smelly towels and a sticky floor. Wi-Fi connection was average, and the air conditioning was noisy. The hotel staff wasn't accommodating, and they didn't replace our towels with clean ones. The blinds didn't block out the light, and the road was too close to the room, which made it impossible to sleep because of the traffic noise. an unpleasant experience.
The facilities were sub-standard.

The setting was within only 1 mile from big buddha. It took 15 minutes to reach Karon Beach on foot. We really enjoyed the room. Nothing beats being in Asena Karon Resort: )

The room was clean and comfortable with a nice pool view. The pool area was well-maintained with comfortable sun loungers. The location was peaceful and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the town. It was a short walk to the beach and there were several good restaurants nearby.
The breakfast was not impressive and lacked variety. The staff, while not unfriendly, could have been more welcoming and engaging.

During our new year stay, we really enjoyed the comfortable beds and the peaceful surroundings. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a great value for the price. The location was perfect as it was just a short walk from the beach and many restaurants and bars. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
We did find the pool to be a bit dirty and poorly maintained. the noise from the nearby main road was quite noticeable, especially during the night.
